SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your interest in our handmade products! We take pride in creating each item with care and attention to detail. This policy outlines our domestic shipping process.

Processing Time:

Since our products are handmade, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the item and order volume. We will communicate any delays to you directly.

Shipping Costs:

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 within the United States, which covers postage, handling, and packaging materials. Orders $50.00 or more receive free shipping to the United States.

Shipping Method:

We primarily use USPS for domestic deliveries. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping:

We are currently not offering international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please check back for updates on our international shipping policy in the future.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

  • If you have any questions about a specific item, don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We're happy to provide additional details and photos. 

Exceptions

We understand that situations may arise. If you believe there is a defect with your handmade item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at wholeyencounter@gmail.com. We will be happy to work with you on a solution, such as a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.
